LASER CUTTING
Our Mitsubishi 3718 LV Plus Laser can produce your laser cut parts from Mild Steel (up to 1 inch thick in sheets up to 6' x 12'), Stainless Steel (up to 3/4 inch thick in sheets up to 6' x 12'), and in Aluminum (up to 1/2 inch thick in sheets up to 6' x 12' in size).The LV Plus series is at the top of the class for heavy duty, high performance laser cutting.
EDM
Our AGIE Advance 3 CNC RAM EDM with 21"x15"x13" travel and 10 position electrode changer as well as Conventional EDM department useing Hansvedt, manual and CNC allows us to produce complex 3D jobs or your custom made conventional EDM parts.
WIRE EDM (WEDM)
Our 10 WEDM machines are capable of producing complex, precision, close tolerance (0.0005”) parts with a size range of 12'' X 12'' to 24" X 36" and a WEDM corner radii of .002 R with very high accuracy.
SURFACE GRINDING
From wet grinding and jig grinding die shoes to grinding lead-frame punches, we can meet your needs. WE have the capabilities to precision grind your parts in most steels and alloys to the highest standards.
